Cellaroom provides a modern day twist on classic Australian cuisine with heavy influences
from the Mediterranean and South East Asia. Our food will be incorporated with the
interior design of our restau-rant. It will showcase our grand selection of wines
that will predomi-nantly be Australian and New Zealand wines.
Cellaroom is a successful fusion for any business lunch, an intimate dinner for
two or a light casual meal. We strike a balance between the modern and rustic. An
awash of wood and charcoal provides a scent of wood fire pizza and amazing tunes.
We stock a vast array of locally sourced wines, designed to compli-ment all dishes
served at Cellaroom. Our sommelier, head chef and service staff work closely together
to select the best possible varie-ties from Australia and New Zealand.
At Cellaroom we believe in locally sourced produce from the most suitable wine areas.
We also taste unknown varieties on a regular basis to keep up with today's evolving
palates, such as from the Morn-ington peninsula, the Yarra valley, Eden valley and
gutsy reds from Coonawarra, Barossa and Margaret valley. Our premium collection
of wines will be within a Cellaroom at a stabilised temperature and humidity. All
moisture will be kept for its excellent balance and flavour.
Tasting flight's is available for those who can't decide. Our sommelier will give
you a brief description of a selection of wines that will com-pliment your dish
in which you can taste before purchasing a full bottle of wine to share.
